Ladies,

Let me start by saying thank you for putting up with the long and hard practices in the past couple of weeks. I know that I challenged you and asked a lot of you to do your best and give 150% at each practice session. My intentions were to get you as prepared as you can be to play this Saturday in your first State Cup game. Now the preparation part is over with, I encourage you to enjoy this experience and do your best. And yes I will ’Chill" a little now. Win or loose, I am proud of how hard you worked in the past couple of weeks. I hope that you get awarded accordingly.

Let’s get ready for our first state cup game against Potomac. Be focused and work hard this week at our practice sessions. Get a good night sleep and eat well on Friday night.
Make sure that we are on the field at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. State Cup requires teams to check in 1 hour before game time. The field is about an hour away for most of us, make sure that you leave early enough to be on the field on time.

Great scrimmage ladies,

Congratulation on winning your scrimmage 3-1.
You did a lot of encouraging stuff during the scrimmage last night. Most importantly, you recognized mistakes and made adjustments immediately. Coach Steve and I are very happy with the progress you are making. Well done everyone!

In lieu of our practice on Tuesday the 24th, we confirmed a scrimmage with the CSC Heat team. Please be at the CSC field location by 6:00 p.m.
The field location is as follows:
15901 Old Columbia Pike Road in Burtonsville, MD 20866.
It is 1/2 mile from 29&198. It is next to Burtonsville Crossing Shopping Center.

CSC will wear their red jersey, so please wear white.

Reminder that we don’t practice tomorrow, Thursday. Instead we will be trained this Sunday from 2-3:30 by Bill Heiser at the same location (Lisbon)
